TRAMITES EN INGLES

CREDITS:
If the student is not able to pay the course fee in full, He/She could ask for a credit.

Partial Exam: In case it is not taken on the programmed date, it could not be taken on a later date and the grade would be 70 automatically.
Final Exam: In case it is not taken on the programmed date, it can be taken on a later date paying its cost.
Grading clarifications and final exams revision: Please go to office B1 ( Resource Center ).
Positive suggestions or academic complaints: Please bring them on written form and hand them to the Academic Department in office B1 ( Resource Center ).

PASSES:
Passes are given to the student, when he could not attend his schedule. He can take the class in other available schedules of his level. (Not available for children)

CHANGE OF SCHEDULE:
If the student can not continue attending the schedule he chose at the beginning, he can obtain a change of schedule. (Not available for children)

VOUCHER:
In case you can not continue with the course, you can negotiate a voucher which is authorized by the Scholastic Control Department the original receipt of the course is request, it means you will continue in the level you were at, without paying again, this transaction has a limited time please ask for it.
You will have six months to make such voucher valid.

Copy of grades and receipt, Pay at the cashier and ask for the copy of grades or receipt at the Scholastic Department.

GRADES DELIVER, IS AS FOLLOWS:
Quickstart (Monday to Friday): The first day of classes at the course initiation.
Saturday: On Thursday, before the first Saturday of classes at 4:00pm.
Children Trimestral: The first day of classes at the course initiation.
